Policies
When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment. These are starting at prices that may go up based on time and product usage.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the allotted time, I reserve the right to charge you a late arrival fee, reschedule your appointment and charge you a late cancellation fee of 50%, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full as I would be unable to fill that spot.

Cancellations/Changes/Rescheduling
I respectfully ask that you give 48 hours for cancellation on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 48 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the base service total.
If you decide you want a different service, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. If the request requires more time, I cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill this request at the coming visit. If the request results in less services and I am not informed prior to 48 hours in advance, I reserve the right to charge you for the initial service booked as this may result in my inability to fill that space.
No call/No shows and Same Day Cancellations will result in 100% charge of the service booked.

I am a text/email only business, therefore if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact me via my text at (913)530-8651 or via email at contact@emilywienshair.com Should cancellations or late changes to services continue to happen, I reserve the right to prohibit further bookings.

Credit Cards
To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. It is my obligation to protect this information. I use Gloss Genius, the most intuitive, tested, and approved POS platform for salon and beauty professionals.

Stylist Cancellation
I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine, therefore if I am forced to reschedule for any reason, I strive to get you back on the books ASAP even if this requires a weekend appointment.

Color Adjustments
I strive to provide you with the absolute highest quality color service, and I want you to be ecstatic with the results. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment. Any adjustments requested after five days are subject to being charged full price.

Deposits
Deposits required to secure your appointment or order hair are 100% nonrefundable.
